Nudura is the latest development in construction technology that
is exceptionally superior to customary framing methods. Walls
are built with steel reinforced concrete and fire
retardant-treated expanded polystyrene foam. The insulating
capacity of expanded polystyrene combined with the structural
strength and thermal mass of concrete makes walls stronger,
safer, more comfortable and more energy-efficient than typical
residential walls.
The ICF system allows
flexibility of design within your budget. Characteristics
of this system include:
Fastening strips – reduces labour costs by eliminating
the need to secure forms with tape or wire and provides
continuous fastening for finish materials.
Large size (standard size 12 sq. ft) – eliminates the
presence of seams which results in stronger, more
dependable walls.
Reversible Interlock in all four directions – reduces
labour costs and minimizes waste.
Custom Factory Cut Radius Walls – reduces imprecise and
time consuming field cuts. Provides stronger, cleaner and
more accurate radius walls.
Dual Support Web Design – increases strength and
performance and allows for quicker cutting into 9” units.

Innovative hinged folding web – reduces shipping costs,
easy handling and storage.
